We refer to the Company's announcements made on 26 November 2020, 23 February 2021, 27 May 2021, 23 August 2021, 25 November 2021, 24 February 2022, 27 May 2022, 23 August 2022, 25 November 2022, 27 February 2023, 30 May 2023, 28 August 2023, 24 November 2023, 26 February 2024, 30 May 2024 and 28 August 2024, the Board of Directors of PMBT wishes to inform that there has been no material development on the status of the MOU between PMBT and Perbadanan Pembangunan Ekonomi Sarawak and and the Company has no intention to seek for further extension. The aforesaid MOU shall lapse upon expiry on 25 November 2024.
