[Unless otherwise stated, all terms and abbreviations used herein shall have the same meanings as those stated in the Announcements dated 22 December 2023 and 8 March 2024 in relation to this Material Litigation.]

With reference to the Company’s announcement on 22 December 2023 and 8 March 2024 with regard to the above matters, the Company and Ivory Residence Sdn Bhd had on 24 April 2024 been served with the application for Summary Judgment pursuant to Order 14, Rules of Court 2012 dated 19 April 2024. The application for Summary Judgment is fixed for case management on 13 May 2024.

The Company had also announced on 22 April 2024 that the High Court of Penang (“Court”) has granted a restraining order (“RO”) to Ivory Gleneary Sdn Bhd (“IGSB”), and pursuant thereto the solicitors representing the Defendants have on 3 May 2024, written to the Court for a postponement of the hearing of the applications by the Defendants for amendments of their Statement of Defence and transfer of the proceedings from Kuala Lumpur Hight Court to Penang High Court which is scheduled for 13 May 2024, to a date after 19 July 2024, at the Court's convenience.

The Company will make the necessary announcements on material development in respect of the above matter as and when necessary.
