Reference is made to the Company's First Announcement dated 1 March 2022 and the subsequent monthly announcements relating to PN17 ("Announcements").
Unless otherwise stated, the words and abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcements.
As announced on 17 April 2024, Bursa Securities had granted the Company an extension of time of six (6) months until 31 August 2024 for the Company to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities. In relation thereto, the Company has approximately four (4) months to submit its regularisation plan to Bursa Securities for approval to implement the same.
