Reference is made to the Company’s announcement made on 16 January 2024 and 25 March 2024. Unless otherwise defined herein, all terms and definitions used herein shall be the same as those defined in the previous announcements.

The Board of Directors of AGESON wishes to announce that VL Consultancy is currently in the final stage of completing the independent assessment report and the Company is expected the report to be finalised by next week.

The Company will make the necessary announcement in regard to any material development on the above matter.
