Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 27 and 28 February 2023 (“First Announcement”).

(Unless otherwise stated, the words and abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the First Announcement.)

The Board of Directors wishes to announce that save for the application in relation to the Proposed Regularisation Plan submitted by MIDF Amanah Investment Bank Berhad on behalf of the Board on 23 February 2024, there is no other material developments on the Proposed Regularisation Plan. As at the date of this announcement, the application in relation to the Proposed Regularisation Plan is pending consideration and decision from Bursa Securities.

The Company will make the necessary announcement(s) should there be any material development on the Proposed Regularisation Plan.
