b) Dato' Sri Robin Tan Yeong Ching ("DSRT"), an Executive Director of STM Lottery Sdn Bhd, Executive Chairman of Sports Toto Berhad, and Deputy Chairman of Berjaya Land Berhad, which are major subsidiaries of the Company;
c) YAM Tunku Tun Aminah Binti Sultan Ibrahim Ismail - the Chairman of the Company; and
d) Chryseis Tan Sheik Ling ("CTSL"), an Executive Director of the Company.
