Reference is made to TDM’s announcements dated 17 July 2023, 20 July 2023 and 5 December 2023 (“Announcements”) respectively. Unless otherwise stated the definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as stated in the Announcements.
The Board of Directors of TDM wishes to announce that the acquisition of the Land pursuant to the Sale and Purchase Agreement dated 16 July 2023 made between Majlis Perbandaran Kemaman and KMI Assets Sdn Bhd (“KMIA”) has been completed and the title to the Land has been duly registered in the name of KMIA.
