Further to the Company’s announcement made on 29 February 2024, the Board of Directors of WB wishes to announce that WB has fulfilled the conditions as stated in the SPAs for the disposal of the Property to SQFT Estate Sdn. Bhd. Hence, the SPAs shall become unconditional on the date of this announcement. (For consistency, the abbreviations used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the announcement dated 29 February 2024.) This announcement is dated 26 April 2024. |
