The Board of Directors of DOLPHIN wishes to announce that the Company had on 26 April 2024 received a notice in writing dated 26 April 2024 given pursuant to Section 281(1) of the Companies Act, 2016 (“the Act”) from Messrs. PCCO PLT (“PCCO”) on their resignation as Auditors of the Company. Pursuant to Section 281(2) of the Act, PCCO's term of office will end after the expiry of 21 days from 26 April 2024.

The resignation of PCCO was voluntarily based on the mutual agreement of both parties.

Save for the above, the Company is not aware of any matter that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

Further announcement will be made by the Company on the appointment of new auditors in due course.
