The Board of Directors of Pantech ("Board") wishes to announce that the Company is considering the proposed listing of Proposed Group on the Main Market of Bursa Securities via a special purpose vehicle ("Proposed Listing").
The Board wishes to highlight that the Proposed Listing is still in its preliminarily stage, where extensive preparatory work is required to be carried out. Therefore, the details in relation to the Proposed Listing have yet to be determined at this stage.
The Proposed Listing is also subject to approvals being obtained from the relevant authorities and shareholders of Pantech. It is essential for shareholders to note that the Proposed Listing may or may not realise as there is no guarantee that the required approvals would be obtained or the Proposed Listing will proceed.
The Company will make the necessary announcement(s) accordingly, should there be further developments to the Proposed Listing.
