On behalf of the Board of Directors of ADB (“Board”), Malacca Securities Sdn. Bhd. (“Malacca Securities”) wishes to announce that the Company is proposing to establish an employees’ share scheme of up to 10% of the total number of issued ordinary shares in ADB (“ADB Shares” or “Shares”) (excluding treasury shares, if any) at any point in time during the tenure of the Scheme, for the eligible Directors and employees of ADB and its subsidiaries (“ADB Group” or “Group”) (excluding dormant subsidiaries).
