We refer to the Company's announcement on 22 April 2024. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the previous announcements.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that AppAsia Cloud Sdn Bhd [Registration No. 200201029038 (569701-T)] (“ACSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of AppAsia, had on 22 April 2024 entered into a BytePlus Partner Network Agreement with BytePlus Pte. Ltd. (“BytePlus”) to appoint ACSB as a channel partner to market, resell, provide service and support in relation to products provided by BytePlus.
