The Board of Directors of Zen Tech ("the Board") wishes to announce that the Company has on 24 April 2024 received a notice in writing dated 22 April 2024 from Messrs SBY Partners PLT on their resignation as auditors of the Company.

Pursuant to Section 281(1) of the Companies Act 2016, an auditor of a company may resign his office by given a notice in writing to that effect to the company at its registered office and hence, pursuant to Section 281(2) of the Companies Act 2016, Messrs SBY Partners PLT's terms of office will end after twenty-one (21) days from 22 April 2024.

The Board wishes to inform the the resignation of Messrs SBY Partners PLT was on a voluntary basis due to disagreement on audit fees and the Board is not aware of any matter that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

Further announcement will be made by the Company once the appointment of new auditors is finalized.
