(The definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as that used in the announcement made on 18 April 2024 (“Announcement”) unless stated otherwise.)

Further to the Company's Announcement, the Board of Directors of Sunview wishes to provide following additional information:-

1. The basis of determining the revenue to be derived from the Projects

The solar system is included as part of the package for the Projects. Rafa KSE Development Sdn. Bhd. will, in good faith, award the engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning (EPCC) solar system contract to Sunview. This contract will be the source of Sunview’s revenue.

2. The location, the expected commencement and completion date of the Projects

The Pengeli Timur project, one of the Projects, which is at the initial phase, is located at Bandar Tenggara, Johor Darul Takzim. The expected commencement date of the initial phase for the Pengeli Timur project is on September 2024 and is expected to complete by June 2025.
