We refer to the above subject matter.

In accordance with Section 9(3) of the Capital Markets and Services (Price Stabilisation Mechanism) Regulations 2008, AmInvestment Bank Berhad, being the stabilising manager in respect of the IPO, hereby announces that we have ceased the stabilising action for Prolintas Infra BT on 23 April 2024, being the end of the stabilising period of 30 days from the commencement of trading of the Units on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 25 March 2024.

During the stabilising period between 25 March 2024 and 23 April 2024, we had undertaken stabilising action in which a total of 174,200 Units, representing approximately 0.04% of the total number of Units offered under the IPO, were purchased at a price of RM0.95 per Unit. The last purchase was made on 25 March 2024 at a price of RM0.95 per Unit. Following the last purchase, since 25 March 2024 up to the date of this announcement, Prolintas Infra BT has been trading above the IPO price of RM0.95 per Unit.

In conjunction with the cessation of the stabilising action on 23 April 2024, we have also on even date exercised the over-allotment option in respect of the IPO for a total of 70,125,800 Units granted by Projek Lintasan Kota Holdings Sdn Bhd (“Over-allotment Option Provider”). As such, the total purchase of 174,200 Units made under the stabilising action and the exercise of the over-allotment option for 70,125,800 Units fully cover the 70,300,000 Units that are subject to the over-allotment option in respect of the IPO. The Units purchased under the stabilising action and the proceeds from the exercise of the over-allotment option will be returned to the Over-Allotment Option Provider.
