We wish to announce that CEB-CC expired at 5.00 p.m. on 23 April 2024 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below.
Cash Settlement Amount:
= Number of CEB-CC x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of CEB-CC x (RM0.8850 - RM1.25) x (1/3)
= Number of CEB-CC x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM0.8850 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the CEB Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is equal to or less than zero, we shall not be obliged to make any payment to the relevant holder and CEB-CC shall become void and cease to have exercise rights and our obligation in respect of CEB-CC shall terminate absolutely.
