The Boards of Directors of DGB wishes to inform that DGB intends to seek its shareholders' approval in respect of the Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders' Mandate and Proposed New Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue and/or Trading Nature ("Proposed Shareholders' Mandate") at the forthcoming Seventeenth Annual General Meeting of the Company.
A Circular to Shareholders containing the details of the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate will be announced and published on the Company's website in due course.
