The Board of Directors of YXPM (“Board”) wishes to announce that, after due deliberation, the Board has resolved to extend the timeframe for the utilisation of IPO proceeds raised from the IPO as disclosed in Section 4.4 of the Prospectus. The Company was listed on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities on 23 June 2022 and has raised total gross proceeds of RM31.26 million from its IPO.
