We refer to the announcement made on 24 January 2024, 5 March 2024 and 20 March 2024 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcements.
On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that on 19 April 2024, the Parties agreed to extend the Conditional Period for the fulfillment of all conditions precedent under the SSA for a further 90 days to 23 July 2024. For avoidance of doubt, all other terms and conditions of the SSA shall remain unchanged.
