The Board of Directors of SEM is pleased to announce that the Board has resolved to declare an interim single-tier dividend of 2.7 sen per ordinary share on 1,109,066,500 ordinary shares with voting rights in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2023.
The entitlement date of the Interim Dividend has been fixed on 13 May 2024 and is payable on 28 May 2024.
