The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Capital Reduction.

Reference is made to the announcements dated 5 July 2023, 22 September 2023 and 20 February 2024 in relation to the Capital Reduction.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the sealed copy of the order obtained from the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur confirming the Capital Reduction has been lodged with the Registrar pursuant to Section 116(6) of the Act on 17 April 2024 marking the effective date and completion of the Capital Reduction.
