The Board of Directors of Teo Seng wishes to announce the following: -
a) Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders' Mandate The Company is proposed to seek the shareholders' approval for the proposed renewal of existing sharehoders' mandate for the recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting ("AGM").
b) Proposed Renewal of Authority For Share Buy-Back The Company is proposed to seek the shareholders' approval to renew the authority for the Company to purchase its own shares of up to ten per cent (10%) of the total number of issued shares of the Company at the forthcoming AGM.
A Circular/Statement containing details of the above proposals will be issued to the shareholders in due course. The purpose of the Circular/Statement is to provide shareholders with details of the said proposals, which are to be tabled as ordinary resolutions under special business at the forthcoming AGM.
