The Board of Directors of GTB wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek for its shareholders' approval on the Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority at the forthcoming Sixth (6th) Annual General Meeting of the Company.
A Statement containing the details in relation to the Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority will be issued to the shareholders of the Company together with the Company's Annual Report 2023 in due course.
