Reference is made to the announcements dated 17 July 2023, 16 October 2023 and 15 January 2024 in relation to the LOI entered between UniKL and NH EV TECH. The terms herein shall bear the same meaning as defined in the said announcements. The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that there has been no material development on the status of the LOI since the last announcement made on 15 January 2024. Further announcement on the status of the LOI will be made in due course in accordance with the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. This announcement is dated 12 April 2024. |
