Reference is made to the Company’s announcements made on 23 October 2020, 21 January 2021, 23 April 2021, 23 July 2021, 22 October 2022, 21 January 2022, 21 April 2022, 21 July 2022, 25 October 2022, 19 January 2023, 20 April 2023, 20 July 2023, 20 October 2023 and 19 January 2024, the Board of Directors of ATS wishes to inform that there has been no material development on the status of the MOU pertaining to the MOU between AGESB, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ATS and Vsolar Group Berhad to spearhead the Solar Photovoltaic Rooftop Project for its glove manufacturing plant located at No. 9, Jalan Chepor 11/17, Kawasan Perindustrian Seramik Chepor, 31200 Chemor, Perak.
