PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF UP TO 10% OF THE TOTAL EXISTING NUMBER OF ISSUED SHARES OF SUNVIEW ("PRIVATE PLACEMENT")

Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 27 March 2024 in relation to the application for an extension of time to implement the Private Placement.

On behalf of the Board, Alliance Islamic Bank Berhad wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad had, vide its letter dated 9 April 2024, resolved to grant Sunview an extension of time of six (6) months until 11 October 2024 for the Company to complete the Private Placement.
