Reference is made to the earlier announcements dated 31 October 2023, 24 November 2023, 26 December 2023, 11 January 2024, 12 January 2024, 22 January 2024 and 26 March 2024 in relation to the Proposals. On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that an office copy of the sealed order of the Court confirming the Share Capital Reduction has been lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia on 9 April 2024. Pursuant thereto, the Share Capital Reduction shall therefore take effect and be deemed completed on 9 April 2024.
