Pursuant to paragraph 8.23(2)(e) of the Listing Requirements, the Company wishes to announce the information in relation to the loans extended by Multi-Purpose Credit Sdn Bhd, an indirect subsidiary of the Company, in the ordinary course of its business as a licensed money lender for the 1st Quarter ended 31.3.2024 as set out in the tables attached hereto.
