We refer to our announcement dated 15 April 2019 and series of subsequent announcements thereafter in relation to the legal proceedings by PSKIN against the GOM. Subsequent to the announcement made on 14 March 2024, the Company wishes to announce that PSKIN has filed a Notice of Appeal against the decision of Kuala Lumpur High Court on 8 April 2024. This Appeal is currently pending further directions from the Court of Appeal. The Company will make the relevant update announcement(s) in relation to the matter as and when there are material developments on the same. This announcement is dated 8 April 2024. |
