Reference is made to the earlier announcements on 29 January 2024 in relation to the Proposals.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of SCIB, M & A Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that the Company’s solicitors had confirmed that all conditions precedent set out in the Capitalisation Agreement have been fulfilled and the Capitalisation Agreement have become unconditional on 5 April 2024.
