The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Capital Reduction.

Reference is made to the announcements dated 5 July 2023 and 22 September 2023 in relation to the Capital Reduction.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the High Court had on 5 April 2024 granted an order confirming the Capital Reduction ("Court Order") pursuant to Section 116 of the Companies Act, 2016 ("Act"). The sealed copy of the Court Order will be extracted and lodged with the Registrar of Companies pursuant to Section 116(6) of the Act for the Capital Reduction to take effect.

The effective date of the Capital Reduction will be announced in due course.
