The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Private Placement. We refer to the earlier announcements dated 21 March 2024, 27 March 2024, 3 April 2024 and 5 April 2024 in relation to the Private Placement. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Board had on 5 April 2024 resolved to fix the issue price for the Private Placement at RM0.535 per Placement Share. The issue price of RM0.535 per Placement Share represents a premium of approximately 2.33% to the 5-day VWAP of T7 Global Shares up to and including 4 April 2024, being the last traded day of T7 Global Shares immediately preceding the price-fixing date of RM0.5228 per T7 Global Share.
