Further to the announcement made on 3 December 2018, 10 March 2020, 30 October 2020 and 5 November 2020, WMG Holdings Bhd ("WMG" or the "Company") wishes to announce that the Registrar has served a notice dated 31 March 2024 on its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Marimba Sdn Bhd ("MSB") pursuant to Section 551(1) of the Companies Act 2016.
MSB shall be dissolved upon publication in the Gazette by the Registrar that the name MSB has been struck off from the register in accordance with Section 551(3) of the Companies Act 2016.
With the dissolution of MSB, the Proposed Liquidation Exercise as announced on 3 December 2018 has been duly completed by the Company.
