Reference made to the announcement dated 21 March 2024.
There is a change in the dividend entitlement date from 15 April 2024 to 16 April 2024 due to Hari Raya Festivals. Hence, Note B10 of the Quarterly Report of Jaycorp for the second financial quarter ended 31 January 2024 will be amended accordingly. The Note B10 will be rephrase as follows:-
"The directors declare a first single tier interim dividend of 2 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ending 31 July 2024 and shall be payable on 29 April 2024. The entitlement date for the said dividend shall be 16 April 2024.
