Reference is made to the earlier announcements dated 14 April 2023, 19 April 2023, 3 October 2023 and 5 October 2023.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that Key ASIC had on even date submitted an application to seek Bursa Securities’ approval for an extension of time of 6 months from 19 April 2024 up to 18 October 2024 for the Company to implement and complete the Private Placement.
