The Board of Directors of HeveaBoard is pleased to announce the recommendation for the declaration and payment of a first and final single-tier dividend of 1 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2023, which is subject to the approval of the shareholders of HeveaBoard at the forthcoming Thirtieth Annual General Meeting. The date of entitlement and date of payment in respect of the aforesaid dividend will be announced in due course.
