We refer to the Company’s announcement made on 30 June 2022, in relation to the Company being classified as an affected listed issuer pursuant to paragraph 8.03A(2)(b) of the Main LR of Bursa Securities and the Company’s announcement dated 28 December 2023 in relation to the Company’s application to Bursa Securities seeking its approval to exempt ACME from the requirement to submit a Proposed Regularisation Plan to Bursa Securities and for ACME to be uplifted from its affected listed issuer status as well as the Company’s announcement dated 5 January 2024 in relation to the Company’s application to Bursa Securities seeking its approval for an extension of time of 6 months, until 29 June 2024, for the Company to make the requisite announcement and submit its Proposed Regularisation Plan to Bursa Securities (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.


On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 1 April 2024 resolved to grant the Company a waiver from complying with Paragraph 8.04(3)(a) of the Main LR which requires the Company to submit a regularisation plan to the relevant authority. Accordingly, the extension of time application is not considered by Bursa Securities.


The upliftment of the Company from being classified as Paragraph 8.03A Company of the Main LR will be effective from 9.00 a.m., Tuesday, 2 April 2024.
