Pursuant to Rule 9.20 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Lambo wishes to announce that as at 29 March 2024, the aggregate value of quoted securities acquired by the Company that has not been announced for the preceding twelve (12) months has exceeded 5% of the Company’s latest audited consolidated net assets as at 30 September 2023.
