Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as those stated in the circular to shareholders dated 16 January 2024 in relation to the Corporate Exercises.
Reference is made to the earlier announcements in relation to the Corporate Exercises.
On behalf of the Company, M&A Securities wishes to announce that the High Court of Malaya had, on 27 March 2024, granted an order confirming the Capital Reduction pursuant to Section 116 of the Act (“High Court Order”) which was received by the Solicitor for the Corporate Exercises on 1 April 2024.
The effective date of the Capital Reduction will be the date of the lodgement of the sealed High Court Order with the Registrar of Companies of Malaysia pursuant to Section 116(6) of the Act, which will be announced in due course.
