Reference is made to the Company's announcement made on 10 October 2023 ("First Announcement”) and subsequent announcements on 1 November 2023, 1 December 2023, 2 January 2024, 2 February 2024 and 1 March 2024 (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the terms herein shall bear the same meaning as defined in the First Announcement.

The Board of Directors of Waja wishes to inform that the Company is still in the midst of formulating its regularisation plan to address its GN3 status.

The Company has approximately 6 months to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant authorities for approval and will make further announcements in relation to any latest development on this matter from time to time.
