GuocoLand (Malaysia) Berhad (“GLM”) writes to inform that DC Offices Sdn Bhd (“DC Offices”) and JB Parade Condominium Sdn Bhd (“JBPC”), both indirect subsidiaries of GLM, had been placed under member’s voluntary winding up pursuant to Section 439(1)(b) of the Companies Act 2016.

Mr Lim Guan Chai of Messrs Ling Kam Hoong & Co., No. 6-1, Jalan 3/64A, Udarama Complex, Off Jalan Ipoh, 50350 Kuala Lumpur had been appointed as Liquidator of DC Offices and JBPC.

DC Offices and JBPC have both ceased operation and there are no future plans to activate these companies.

The voluntary winding up of DC Offices and JBPC will not have any material impact on the net assets and earnings per share of GLM Group for the financial year ending 30 June 2024.
