The Board of Directors of ENRA wishes to announce that MSMENRA Sdn Bhd (“MSMENRA”), an indirect 70%-owned subsidiary of the Company, had held its Extraordinary General Meeting on 29 March 2024, at which it was resolved that MSMENRA be wound-up voluntarily pursuant to Section 439(1)(b) of the Companies Act 2016 and that Mr Ong Lai @ Ong Kong Lai of OKL Advisory, Unit C-6-5, 6th Floor, Block C, Megan Avenue II, No. 12, Jalan Yap Kwan Seng, 50450 Kuala Lumpur be appointed as the Liquidator.

MSMENRA has been dormant since its inception and has no intention to carry on business or operations in the future.

The voluntary winding-up of MSMENRA will not have any material effect on the earnings and net assets of ENRA Group for the financial year ended 31 March 2024.

None of the directors or major shareholders or persons connected to directors or major shareholders of ENRA has any interest, direct or indirect, in the members’ voluntary winding-up.
