The Board of Directors of ARTRONIQ wishes to announce that the Company had on 29 March 2024 received a notice in writing dated 29 March 2024 given pursuant to Section 281 of the Companies Act 2016 from Messrs. STYL Associates PLT (“STYL”) on their resignation as Auditors of the Company. Pursuant to Section 281(2) of the Companies Act 2016 ("CA 2016"), STYL's term of office will end after twenty-one (21) days from 29 March 2024.

The resignation of STYL is on a voluntary basis due to its resource constraints and the Board is not aware of any other matters that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company. 

Pursuant to Section 271(2)(b) of the Companies Act 2016, the Board will take the necessary steps to appoint new auditors to fill up the casual vacancy of which shall be announced in due course.
