Reference is made to TXB’s latest announcement made on 7 December 2023 in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) entered into between TXB’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Wavetree Technologies Sdn. Bhd., Top Fruits Sdn. Bhd. and Mybeecop Sdn. Bhd. (collectively referred to as the “Parties”), the Board of Directors of TXB wishes to inform that the Parties had mutually agreed to terminate the MOU with immediate effect due to significant difference in perspective and approach with regards to the implementation and development in the artificial intelligence-enabled operating models.

The termination of the MOU does not have any material financial impact to the Company.
