Reference is made to TXB’s latest announcement made on 7 December 2023 in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) entered into between TXB and East Nest Borneo Sdn. Bhd. (collectively referred to as the “Parties”), the Board of Directors of TXB wishes to inform that the Parties had mutually agreed to terminate the MOU with immediate effect due to East Nest Borneo Sdn. Bhd. has pivoted its Smart Bird Houses business and will no longer be interested in the joint venture. 

The termination of the MOU does not have any material financial impact to the Company.
