We wish to announce that SUNWAY-C17 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 29 March 2024 ("Expiry Date"). The Cash Settlement Amount is as follows:
Cash Settlement Amount = Number of SUNWAY-C17 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of SUNWAY-C17 x (RM3.4939 - RM2.00) x (1/2)
= Number of SUNWAY-C17 x RM0.7469
The Closing Price of RM3.4939 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of SUNWAY shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
The Cash Settlement Amount shall be made by way of cheque or such other mode as may be approved by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and determined by us, within 7 market days from the Expiry Date. The cheques will be delivered to holders of SUNWAY-C17 by ordinary post.
