As per the Company's earlier announcement dated 24 November 2023 (Ref: CFY-24112023-00002), the Board of Directors ("the Board") of MIB had on 24 November 2023 approved the change in financial year end ("FYE") of the Company from 31 December to 31 March.

Subsequent to the above and upon due consideration, the Board had on 29 March 2024 approved the change in FYE from 31 March to 30 June. The rationale for the said change is due to the changes in the manpower of its finance team and to enable the Company to better coordinate and finalise year-end financial reporting requirements in a timely manner.

As such, the next set of the Company's audited accounts will be made up from 1 January 2023 to 30 June 2024, covering a period of 18 months and thereafter, the FYE shall end on 30 June annually.
