The Board of Directors of Spring Art Holdings Berhad ("Spring Art") wishes to announce that the Directors of Spring Art has on 27 March 2024 proposed a final single-tier dividend of 0.5 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 December 2023 ("Proposed Final Dividend"), subject to the approval of Spring Art’s shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

The entitlement date and payment date in respect of the Proposed Final Dividend will be determined and announced by Spring Art in due course.
