The Board of Directors of the Company had resolved to recommend a final single-tier dividend of 1.38 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2023, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Third Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened on a date to be announced later.

The entitlement date and payment date in respect of the proposed final dividend will be determined and announced in due course.
