The Board of Directors of Reneuco Berhad ("Reneuco" or "Company") wishes to announce that Messrs Al Jafree Salihin Kuzaimi PLT ("ASK") has expressed their intention not to seek for re-appointment and has retired as external auditors of the Company at the conclusion of the 26th Annual General Meeting of the Company held today.

Pursuant to Section 271(2)(b) of the Companies Act 2016, the Board will take the necessary steps to appoint new auditors to fill up the casual vacancy of which shall be announced in due course.
